Fly away with me
A surreal week for me since the curtain close for NAOPD at the Esplanade.
There may be some technical glitches here and there, but it was one show that i will remember for a long long time, the collaborators and friend who had help, really make it happen for us, special thanks to all you guys who put in the the extra hardwork and long hours of training and reheasal for Naopd, a show that marks a certain turning pointfor my work and KYTV as well. It was a blast, a punk-rock good vibes floating around the creative camps, it went well for all of us, and hoping to continue developing this work. The magical feeling of a live performance is something that will keep me going, for as long as i can.
I flew out the very next morning after the show, without any sleep to embark on a new project,
from Singapore to California to Siagon. Los angeles was nice, but nowhere near wong kar wai's california dreamin in Chungking express. Had been on the move since, in-between spaces, inbetween
airport, inbetween clouds and inbetween time, inbetween day and night.
I am siting in my hotel room writing this, with the bustling street of Siagon out of my window.

Vertical rays of the morning light showering the streets of moving motorbikes
with lengthing shadow interlacing one another...... as if time will not stop.
